How to book
To check availability or
to make a booking for a residential stay, day visit or activities,
please call us on 02380 282 638 or email foxlease@girlguiding.org.uk.
Once you have made a request, you will be sent a confirmation
letter. Please check the details of your provisional booking on the
letter. If there are any errors, please notify the team at Foxlease immediately. If
everything is correct, you should sign and return the confirmation
with the appropriate deposit by the agreed date. Please
enclose a stamped addressed envelope for your receipt and any
further information.
Please note - until we receive your deposit, your booking is
not confirmed. We may not hold provisional bookings beyond the
agreed date.
If you are staying at Foxlease and wish to partake in
activities, please make sure that you book them before your
arrival. We cannot guarantee that activities will be available on
the day.
Please ensure that you have spoken to a member of staff before
departure to give final numbers.
Booking conditions and cancellation policy
- Balance of payment is due before your departure or by invoice
after your stay if agreed in advance.
- Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable in the event
of cancellation.
- Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing at
least eight weeks prior to the intended let, otherwise the
nightly charge will be payable for each night cancelled. Users are
therefore advised to take out insurance against this
possibility.
